Things I am Thankful For (2018 Edition)

Tis the season to be thankful and to appreciate all of the things (big and small) that get you through life! This year, my boyfriend’s birthday is on Thanksgiving, so I will be spending this holiday with his family! I am so excited to stuff myself full of all the delicious Thanksgiving foods (especially the desserts!) and spend some quality time with people who mean a lot to me.
Lately, I’ve been trying really hard to take a step back on super busy days, and appreciate the things and people in my life who make getting up out of bed everyday worth it! In the spirit of being grateful, I have put together a short list of just SOME of the things I am thankful for. (I apologize for the cliché things, like family and friends, but they are truly important to me!)
Things I am Thankful For:
My family...
...especially my sisters, Kim and Tina. They’re my best friends in life, and I don’t know what I would do without them.
My boyfriend, John, for being one of the best parts of my life over the past two years. I didn’t know what love really was until I found him ♡
Being able to travel. I didn’t travel much as a kid, so I especially appreciate the ability and opportunities that I get to explore the world now as an adult.
Online shopping (and free shipping!) - especially this holiday season!
Having a place to go and people to be with on holidays. I never feel lonely during the holidays.
My health. Besides a cold or virus every once in awhile, I would consider myself a very healthy person. I’ve never experienced any major health issues, and I just ran my second half marathon last month in under 2 hours!
Target. From clothes to groceries to household goods - I’m so thankful for this one-stop-shop!
My fur baby, Mr. Bean. He [literally] walked into my life 10 years ago, and I love him to pieces! He might be pretty needy for a cat, but I love him to pieces!
